Delivery and Returns

Order by 18th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days after order.

For orders up to £75, there is a delivery charge of £2.50. For all orders over £75 delivery is £5.

Returns and Exchanges

Cards from Africa stands behind our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Customers are eligible for a full refund on unused merchandise for 28 days from order. If you would like an exchange, return the items you do not want, and order the items you do want from this online store.

To return your item Contact Us or email us at info@cardsfromafrica.co.uk with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:

1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number written on it. Return delivery charges are not covered by our refund. Send returns to the following address:

We advise you to insure the package when you post it to us. If it is not insured and it is lost or damaged, we cannot honour the refund.
